Noise limitations will still stand - music or sound systems must be reduced after 10pm to avoid confrontation and disturbance for neighbouring properties.
Any children at a function must be carefully supervised around the pool area and parents are responsible for their children's water safety.
The pool gate can be locked.
There is also a creek on the property boundary that parents need to be aware of if they have small children. -
